When the path to commercialization involves the development of a new business venture, as is regularly the case for early-stage technologies, Innovation Partners works with researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors to spin-out new companies based on Texas A&M University and Health Science Center innovations and research. Innovation Partners can help you navigate the path to commercialization, partnering with the team at Texas A&M System Technology Commercialization (TTC) where appropriate, and determine the best options for planning next steps toward commercializing your technology. The Innovation Partners Translational Investment Fund provides investments into the development of disclosed technologies toward commercially relevant ends. Faculty and staff inventors supported by Innovation Partners may apply for investments of $50,000 – $75,000 to facilitate year-long projects.
